DRAFT — pre-launch working copy, not yet reviewed by counsel
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026 (draft)
Mostrel is operated by HYPEWORKS LLC. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to these terms.
The service
Mostrel lets you build and publish a portfolio page. Free accounts get the core product; paid tiers add extras. We may change or discontinue features, and we’ll be sensible about telling you when we do.
Your content
Your work stays yours. You grant us the license we need to host, store, cache, and serve it — that’s what publishing means — and nothing more. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you publish.
Acceptable use
Mostrel is for professional portfolios: your work, your links, your contact details. The following don’t belong here:
- Anything unlawful, or content you don’t have rights to.
- Impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, or traffic funnels to any of the above.
- Sexually explicit content or services, or pages that exist to funnel traffic to them. To be clear about the line: artistic nudity — figure drawing, fine-art photography, anatomical illustration — is welcome here. Explicit content is not.
- Harassment or hate directed at people or groups.
We may unpublish or remove content that crosses these lines, and suspend accounts that keep trying. Where practical we’ll flag for review rather than delete outright.
Reporting a page
If a Mostrel page crosses these lines — explicit content, impersonation of a person or brand, scams or phishing, harassment — report it and a human will look at it. What happens next:
- Reports are reviewed by a person, not an algorithm. Automated detection only flags things for that review — it never removes work on its own.
- Pages that violate these terms are unpublished; repeat or egregious violations end the account. Mistaken flags are restored, and artists are given the benefit of the doubt on the art/explicit line.
- Moderation actions are recorded (what was actioned and why — never the content itself), so decisions can be audited later.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material is a separate legal matter: it is reported to the authorities as required by law, immediately and without a takedown-first debate.
(draft note: the report link on public pages ships with the launch release; until then, email the address below)
Accounts
Keep your sign-in methods secure — the account page lets you add more than one, and you should. You can delete your account at any time; deletion removes your content from our systems (a minimal audit record of moderation actions may be retained without content).
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYPEWORKS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
If these terms change materially we’ll notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.
